Recap of the last few days...

Well on Saturday I arrived here:

After Lisa arrived we went to a preview party for SEI (some fun new stuff coming out from them) and then awaited the arrival of Jamie, Dave and Susie.

Sunday morning after a hearty breakfast (energy for walking the show) we proceeded to collect catalogs and samples. Here are a few pictures of some new stuff...

This is one of the new Basic Grey lines...Lime Rickey. Love those fun bright colors!

This one is from the Prima booth. It's a canvas album and fabric flower embellishment. They also had some fun canvas tags.

We found this company in the new exhibitor section...Jillibean Soup is their name. We all fell in love and wish them the best as they enter the scrapping business. Most of their stuff is printed on kraft paper (don't you just love that?) and isn't that font just the coolest?

So after walking the show floor and eatting dinner it's back to the room to get to work. Here's a shot of one of the beds....loaded with papers and some catalogs.

so besides filling the beds Lisa had the brilliant idea of storyboards. So we used every available metal or glass surface to hang product, catalogs, or just sticky notes as we were putting to gether kits.

I've purposely smudged/removed color from the papers so it's harder for you to figure out the kits...can't give away whats coming in the future, but if I do say so myself I think they are pretty darn good.

This was the routine each day adding in a few make & takes on the show floor. Then at night we wrap it up about 10:30/11pm and for some reason Susie, Lisa and I usually stayed up another hour talking.

So today I said goodbye to Jamie, Dave and Susie as they headed home to Utah. Dan flew out last night so now we are staying at Disney for a few days. Lisa is here too with her family. We will meet up with them tomorrow for a meal and then say goodbye.

For now I will say goodbye from the "Happiest Place on Earth"....

very cool new stuff. I've always liked basic grey cause it's masculine. this new one isn't though.

I LOVE Lime Rickey!

Thanks for posting your pics - I loved reading about CHA! I don't know that I'd be good at picking out the stuff for the kits, but I am the form-completer for my dad and I would just love to meet up with more CCers.
