So it's been awhile...

I get my weekly post in on the CC blog and then just never get around to coming over here and posting something. Anyway let's see it's a new month, can you believe it's July already?

So far summer vacation has been running smoothly around here. Both kids attended a soccer camp run by Elizabethtown College's soccer coach and some players. Even though it was so very hot they both enjoyed it, Fritz has spent a week away at Boy Scout Camp and then he left today to go to Myrtle Beach and attend a golf camp for a week thanks to his grandmother.

Last weekend Fritz & Dan started gutting our master bathroom...

Dan is actually finishing ripping it all out today. Wednesday I went shopping with the designer who works for our friend who is doing the actual remodel. Picked out flooring and tiles for the shower. On Monday we had settled on cabinetry, vanity top, and fixtures. I believe later this week they will begin putting it back together. Not something we had actually planned to do this summer, but when your tiles begin falling off the wall in the shower you know it has to be done. Truthfully I'm glad to be rid of this bathroom it was truly very ugly!

So on to the creative side...

This past week of "reveal week" on the Coordinates Collections blog. You can see this layout and details on my other projects using the July Parade kit here.

Yesterday I got a box of my August goodies delivered. In addition to the kit I picked up these...

Six new colors to add to my collection...marshmallow,cinder,denim blue, burnt red, lemon zest, and key lime. Looking forward to using them in some upcoming projects.

I am working with the "Fun in the Sun" kit for August, it is gorgeous and I really can't wait to work with these...

Self-adhesive canvas borders by Little Yellow Bicycle. I think there are 6 different designs and everyone gets 3 in their kit.

Today I plan on doing a little cleaning of the scrap room. Have quite a few layouts that need to be put in albums and then I want to start looking through pictures to go with this fabulous kit.

Hope you are enjoying your weekend.
Talk later.

Did the kids spend the week at Etown or was the camp held near you? Skip Roderick - was he the one that ran it? You know I went to Etown, right? : )

Glad to see you back - wondering where you had been! Love the "night at the bank" lo!
